September 2019 - Debs Park

The Boyish team volunteered at Debs Park, the 4th largest park in Los Angeles. We worked with the Audubon Center to maintain native plant restoration sites by weeding invasive species, and planting native ones.

The Audubon Center at Debs Park is an environmental education & conservation center. Their mission is to inspire people to experience, understand and care for the local natural world. Nature-based programs engage the community in the outdoor world, while highlighting the importance of environment on all Angeleno lives.
